The Artisan Series at Bloomstone offers single-family homes designed with low-maintenance living in mind. Maintenance packages are available in an effort to make the home as maintenance-free as possible. These homes range in size (from 1400-1600 square feet) and prices (subject to change and availability); but they all have the same great amenities and finishes that made our other Bloomstone homes so popular. Phase Three has begun new home construction. The homes under construction are as follows:
The Juniper Plan on 769 Foxglove Drive (almost complete):
This home features an unfinished basement and a generous 1603 square feet of living space. The closet space provides ample room for storage, and the pocket office off of the main living area creates a nice bonus space for work or crafting. The unfinished basement leaves room for additional space or more storage.
The Fir Plan is 1452 square feet and located at 303 Waterleaf Lane (almost complete – photos below) and 765 Foxglove Drive (along KidsSports – SOLD):
The Goldenleaf Plan is 1482 square feet and at 767 Foxglove Drive (along KidsSports):
The Rosewater plan is another basement plan and is set to go on 761 Foxglove Dr. This plan is SOLD!
The Iris Plan is 1462 square feet and at 763 Foxglove Drive (flip of the plan below – SOLD):
