Many of the homes will already have the interior selections completed. These selections have been made based upon market research to guarantee a beautiful home design that will appeal to most people’s sensibilities.
Know that some finishes are in the process of changing as Point Arbor Inc. adapts to supply chain changes.
In the case of pre-sales, some selections can be made prior to building. The following represent the choices that are available. Sometimes items are temporarily out of stock and might not be available. The model home has physical products to help decision making easier, and an in-house designer would be glad to help. One choice for each category can be made. Please note that appliances are Stainless Steel and that plumbing, light fixtures, and hardware are satin nickel.
